She displayed the greatest lack of compassion and rudeness at a very serious time in my life. I would beg others not to have to experience her unprofessionalism firsthand as I did. I hope this saves just one person from going through what she put me through.

If you expect a doctor to give information and explainations this is not the doctor for you. Terrible bedside manner and besides an initial friendly greeting there is no relationship beyond. She expects blind trust and no questions asked. She also did not manage my high risk pregnancy, but double billed me for one office visit and refused to reverse the charges. All I can say is she has been a consistent disappointment in her medical, communication, and billing practices.

Iam a first time mom, and she's been great the whole times I have had an appointment with her. I can't wait to have my baby.😄

I have been with Dr. Bruce since she practiced in Tomball. I think she is a wonderful doctor. I am about to give birth to my second child. I feel that she does a great job making sure I am in great health. Dr. Bruce is also my mom's OBGYN now and thinks she is a great doctor. I have never had any issues with her and would recommend her to anyone. I've been with her 11 years. Wait time varies but that is to be expected at any OB office due to the fact that they are also on call to make deliveries.

Dr. Bruce is kind and knowledgeable, though not quite as open minded as I would like. I had a few issues with my birth plan not being followed for the sake of "safety" in her opinion. My second pregnancy and birth could have been more pleasant had she really listened to me. I also said no to extra testing and she did push the issue. She's not a 5, but a 4 is ok. The staff is ok and the wait is not short, which seems to be the norm.

I was referred to Dr.Bruce by a friend for my 1st baby and was very excited. 1st appt she was 1 hr & 45 min late, but she was paged-for a patient going into labor. I understood bc I'd want a fast response if it was me. However, she spent maybe 5 minutes with me and told me nothing about my pregnancy. My 2nd appointment she was 2 hrs late, I was given no explanation. The 3rd appt she was 2 1/2 hours late & 4th-almost 3 hours late. There was never an apology or explanation given and she spent 5-7 minute with me each time. My questions were never addressed and the entire time she was typing on her laptop. When I did manage to ask 1 question about a medication, she had to look it up online-which I could've done myself at home. She is not very friendly and I couldn't establish any connection or relationship with her. I was very disappointed with her & front office staff was unprofessional to say the least-so I did change drs. If its your 1st baby I wouldn't recommend this dr-bad experience.

After only 2 visits with Dr. Bruce, I am now looking for a new doctor. After both appointments, I walked away feeling discouraged and negative about my interaction with her and her staff. With the exception of the woman who gave us our ultrasound, Dr. Bruce and her staff came across as impersonal, cold and impolite. I even made the comment to my husband that I did not feel Dr. Bruce even cared about me. Maybe she is a good fit for some, but not for me and my family. I want a doctor who is kind and compassionate with a good bedside manner. I want a doctor I can trust.

My mother had an 8:30 appt. My mother was taken back around 8:50. She called me at almost 10:00 (I was in the waiting room). She was still in the exam room with the nice paper gown and napkin where she had been since 8:50. This is where it gets good. DR BRUCE CAME IN THE ROOM PUT MY MOM IN THE STIRRUPS TO DO A PAP SMEAR GOT A PHONE CALL AND LEFT THE ROOM FOR 15 MINUTES (MY MOTHER TIMED HER)!!!!!!! She came back in the room and stated she had to take the phone call it was her partner who she had taken call for the night before and she needed to update them on patients. REALLY???????????? That could not have waited 2 minutes for the finishing of the pap smear. I cannot believe that my mother was left in stirrups for 15 minutes. DON'T GO TO DR BRUCE find another dr.

This seems like it could be such a great facility. The front desk staff seems pretty nice, nurses nice, and we like the ultrasonographer. All of that is completely ruined by Dr. Bruce. We have had 4 appointments at the clinic. We have not waited for LESS than 2 hours at a single apt. The last wait time was 3 hours! Seriously? I understand sometimes things happen, but not every time. Absolutely complete and total disrespect for people's time and never ONCE offered up an apology for being late. Once in the room she spent maybe 5 minutes with us. I'm sure we are going to lose some money because we have already started paying but only 3 months into the pregnancy and we are switching doctors, this last visit was it. I would not recommend unless you don't care about a minimum 2 hour wait.

My average wait time was about an hour every visit, sometimes longer. Once she finally met with me most of our visits lasted approximately 5 minutes. Throughout my pregnancy she never spoke to me about what was going on or provided me with any information. Luckily I took the initiative to educate myself but I felt cheated because I expected my doctor to keep me inform about my baby. She never asked if had any questions or if I was having any problems. She has a very condescending tone and literally made me cry on more than one occasion. My husband went to every appointment with me and witnessed this himself. He begged me to change doctors but unfortunately I chose to ride it out. That's a mistake I'll never make again!
