had right hip replaced on medicare. Dr Heiner and staff were excellent throughout process. Loved his sense of humor, albeit dry. Have recommended him to others without reservation. Took time to explain everything to me in detail.

Dr Heiner and his staff are awesome. He did my knee replacement and I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Some staff friendly but nervous. Totally a business. Wanted me to choose where to go next. I am not the Dr here. No results. Just kept making spots the workers comp. I always felt very uncomfortable there. Staff tried to be friendly but could see right thrum them. Especially J. Telephone operator. Please do yourself a tabor and find real doctors out of this town

Unprofessional. Yelled at when asked a simple question. After surgery was left with permanent disabilty

Dr. Heiner at a consultation seemed knowledgable of my problem, but also seemed to rush me off once I said I wasn't sure if I wanted to do surgery or not.
