Absolutely the worst I have ever seem. Dishonest! He should not be allowed to practice.

Very Bad Experience!!! Went to Elliott Vision because they were in network for my VSP insurance. Purchased Rayban frames and got lenses from Elliott paid $200. They called my insurance with the prescription and verified coverage for my son. Well two weeks later we get a call from the people at Elliott telling us the glasses would cost over $600 because the lens prescription was not strong enough to cover...WHAT!!!/ The person we dealt with should have verified all this and not wasted out time. When I told them that they would not be getting a good review....the manger did not seem to care. People who are thinking of going to Elliott should be 100% certain on their own that they have coverage because they do not verify properly. Bad service, poorly trained staff. Would not honor purchase, however they made sure I saw the fine print on Insurance charges can change. My coverage never changed....they neglected to verify coverage appropriately because they are incompetent. I give them one star only because I got my money back
