Very helpful and nice when I went in, afterwards she became my primary doctor.

Dr Chen did not seem to try and help me with my symptoms. She didnt seem to care of what I was saying. Several times she was rude when I asked a question. The way she spoke to me was very condescending.

She does not listen to what your needs are as a patient.
