My son is literally fighting for his life after Dr Mendeszoon preformed surgery on my sons foot. After my son had a surgery by Dr. Mendeszoon his stitches looked horrible and soon after the foot became infected. So Dr. Mendeszoon did another surgery to remove the infection that failed and the infection continued to get worse. He did everything in his power to stop us from seeing another doctor. He said not to take my son to the hospital that the medication he prescribed would work but it didn't. He lied and said an IV wasn't needed but now my son has a IV going directly into his heart. My son is now infected with several different bacteria including MRSA and the infection has turned into sepsis and he might loose his whole foot. Don't let Dr Mendeszoon touch your feet!

I love him. He's a former track athlete, grew up in a bad neighborhood, his track coach saved his life, got him into running, helped him get a scholarship, and his kids are track athletes at a local public school. I LOVE when docs don't pull the private school or nothing for my babies. He makes his kids work, he helps out at meets, just there's so much good about him AND he's an amazing surgeon. He relates to the kids, he sets the parents at ease, he has good hands πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. He tried so hard to get my son to the point of healing so he could throw this past track season..and he would have except that last track meet was cancelled. I can't say enough good about him.

My experience with Dr. Mendeszoon has been very positive. He has spent a lot of time with me as has his staff. My surgery was quite 'intense' & complicated and I'm already walking albeit gingerly....it's only been 5wks since my bunion removal surgery. I will go back to Dr. Mendeszoon for my other foot when the time comes.

Dr. M preformed surgery on my ankle. It was a complete break requiring several screws, and plates. I had to have a second surgery months later to repair a tendon that had a puncture wound in it. Highly suspect that he caused this, or should have caught this injury from the beginning. Day after surgery my stitches started to fall out! Few days after second surgery site became infected. I called the office to see him, wouldn't add me to the schedule even though he was in the office. Went to ER they gave me IV antibiotics. After this I followed up with another doctor in their practice. I was worried they would try to cover up Dr. Ms bad behavior. With the new doctor I was treated Great!! Unfortunately Dr. M has no regard for his patients.
This practice has other very good doctors, he's making them look bad.

I had surgery over two years ago on right fallen arch. He said would be 99% better after surgery. I now walk on the outside part of my right foot. My knees is messed up because my hair is so messed up. One of the last times I saw him he asked me to bring in the 500.00 dollar inserts he recommended I purchase that would solve my problem. He started to cut into the right foot insert on the left side as if that would solve my walking issue. He also recommended I purchase shoes from a certain store that he never divulged he owned. My recommendation for this doctor is RUN to another doctor!

He does not do your surgery, his fellow will. If you want a dr in training doing your surgery and plenty of complications (like a nonunion) then he's your man.
