it's sad when people take to the internet to do character assassination about a dedicated knowledgeable and caring doctor. Maybe she was having an off day. Something was probably going with her family or at that time something happened. I never give reviews but after i read what people have to say about Dr. K it is sad and pathetic because more than likely you wrote it when you were angry. When they made Dr.K they broke the mold one of a kind. She has a work ethic that is rarely seen nowadays. As adult patients we do not listen do you know how frustrating that is for a doctor. When she tells what to do to make you feel better but you don't even try. Frustrating! Dr. K is caring, thorough and professional. She is dedicated to the well being of her patients.

Undoubtedly the most medically well-rounded physician I have been to. She is very up on so many medical fields. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. She tells it "like it is," not as I would like it to be. I have full faith in her opinions.

Calm down people have the right to say what they experience with Dr. Koerber. If she is being rude then let them state it. Dr. Koerber is a very good doctor but she is fallible. Maybe she needs to work on her beside manner it wouldn't hurt her. I am a patient of hers and there are times when I feel like walking out on her because she can be a jerk. I look at it this way does she have an attitude yes is it worth putting it up with her behavior yes because she is a very good doctor. Patients have to weigh the pros with the cons of being her patient. I do wish there were more doctors like her minus the attitude.

If you're looking for a "yes (wo)man", go elsewhere. If you want someone who cares enough about you to call things the way they see them, see Dr. Koerber. She does what a doctor who cares about your overall health and well-being is SUPPOSED to do: addresses the problems you're complaining about AND the ones you're not addressing yourself. She is NOT an uncaring person at all. She is a physician who sees the positive outcome of your visit(s) as YOU GETTING HEALTHIER!!! If that means you need to do things you don't want to do, DON'T BLAME HER FOR YOUR PHYSICAL CONDITION AND NEEDS to acquire that healthy goal. She's a coach, just like any other: she can give you the tools and point you in the right direction but YOU......and ONLY YOU....can pick those tools up and run in the direction you're shown!

Dr. Koerber is great because she holds you accountable for your lifestyle and makes astute observations about any changes in your body/posture/attitude, which used to make me uncomfortable and feel insecure. As I have gotten older and worked in the medical field, I realize that not only is this all very relevant to your overall health and well-being, but essential to it. Her thorough physical exam and "rudeness" asking about my weight caught serious health issue with me that no other doctor I had been to had picked up on. It's your best friend's job to tell you that your butt looks great in those jeans, and your doctor's job to remind you that extra weight contributes to health problems or is a possible sign of something wrong so that you can be appropriately diagnosed and treated. I have yet to find another doctor that will be straight to the point about my health and leave the niceties for people who don't have MDs, like the office staff and my grocery clerk.

Dr. Koerber is perhaps the best internal medicine doctor I know or have ever dealt with. Very, very knowledgeable and very interested in her patient's health and well being. Excellent.
