I love that this office always answers the phone with no menu to choose from! I can always get an appointment right away. Nice, warm, comforting environment!

Wonderful office all the way from the front staff to the Dr. himself! I have been going to him for years! Dr. Williams is so kind and listens to you!!! He has healed me from foot pain (the best custom orthotics), ingrown toenails, neuroma pain, and tendon pain! I am very active and workout every day, so I am hard on my feet!! Dr. Williams will keep them going strong and happy!

Dr. Williams is always accommodating and thinks of his patients first. ALWYAS, no matter what. He is ALWYS willing to make things right or better. For the patient who left the 1 star review below, he didn't even charge you a co-pay or office visit call. You should be thankful rather than ungrateful.

Dr. Williams & his staff are the best! I was able to get an emergency appointment right away. My wait time was very minimal. Dr. Williams was very kind, knowledgable, and listened to me & answered all of my questions. I would recommended him to all of my family and friends!

I went in to buy an off the shelf orthotics that I used to buy from my Dr’s practice that he took over. He didn’t have my size. He offered to take a larger men’s pair and trim it down to a smaller women’s size. Result: I cannot wear them because they hurt my feet badly from the first moment I put them on and no amount of breaking in will fix it. Problems: 1.He told me he no longer could get the orthotics I wanted -but I found out from the company this was not true. 2.He led me to believe that if he cut a larger pair it would work. –Why would I doubt it? I was trusting his professional judgment. 3.The unprofessionalism of his office in not returning calls and my final call when I was hung-up upon was uncalled for. 4.I should have been able to receive at least a partial refund for this old merchandise he was trying to get rid of. (I appreciate that he cut the pair for me, but I believe the cutting idea was botched from the start- even the orthotics company thought so.) 5.$60 wasted
