The worst excuse of a Doctor. This pos is an absolute joke.

I remember being so nervous about choosing the right pediatrician for my one child, found out the one I chose was wonderful and thorough. Had another baby soon after and Dr. Gupta and his staff care about both of their health now. One time I felt I had an urgent situation with my son and Dr. Gupta agreed to see us after office hours. I feel like alot of offices around would have called closing time on the dot. I always get thorough information and information about their progress which helps me help my kids. The staff is very personable and I have always been greeted by every staff member of the office and that helped make the kids appointment very special. I really enjoy connecting on a personal level with people especially if they are in any way of an impact in my kids' lives, which this Pediatrics and Newborn Care practitioner certainly does.

I recently called Dr. Gupta's office to get lab results for my daughter. When I made a comment about being charged $10 to receive a copy of her lab results, the under-trained front office receptionist was rude and insensitive. Unfortunately, even when the doctors are great, poor staff reflects badly on their practice. This office receptionist needs more professional development in dealing with patients.
