WOW! What an amazing doctor, with an amazing staff. Ok, yes, Dr. Shepherd tends to be quiet, so you do need to ask questions to get information. But he is a perfectionist and is very caring. The office staff thinks of every comfort possible for the patient during a routine visit or for a surgery. All staff from receptionist, to nurse to business to doctor are really incredible.
