He fell asleep during the appointment. Don't waste your time. Not only did he fall asleep, he doesn't take responsibility for it. He blames allergy meds. If he knew he was that sleepy from the meds, the appropriate thing to do is call the patient and cancel/reschedule. He also is giving problems about reversing the charges. He should send the money back to my insurance!
