An arrogant ripoff scam artist that prays on new unsuspecting clients and admittedly instructs his staff to do the same with no regard for patient privacy. In addition provides zero transparency to the customer making it extremely difficult to evaluate and compare costs when shopping for an eye care physician that best fits the consumers needs.
