I couldn't believe how rude his front desk clerks were. All speak broken English. I was never given a diagnosis. I wanted out ASAP. When transferring to another doctor, they couldn't "FIND" my charts. Awful, dismissive, no help at all.

Dr Torres is awful. All he wanted to do is push expensive medications on me. I feel like he dismissed all of my concerns simply because I’m young. I know my body and I know what is and isn’t normal for me. His staff is okay. Don’t try calling the office though, you’ll have to call and leave multiple messages before anyone finally gets back to you and that’s if you’re lucky. He never clarifies his notes so if he tells you something about potentially increasing the one working medication, get it in writing. I will never go back to his office.

The staff is horrible and Dr. Torres does not care if he leaves his patient in pain. Don't walk away from this Dr., RUN!!!!

The staff has changed. The is little organization in this office. After
4 years with Dr. Torres I did not feel there was significant progress and satisfactory improvement. Trying to change doctors proved to be a nightmare. They would not release my records! Stay away. It's not worth the headaches.

Doctor's office has changed staff, it is so nice to go there. Have been a patient there for 5 years. New PA is fantastic well informed, goes that extra mile. Insurance questions were answer even when the question didn't concern their office. I read that they charge for FLMA paperwork. Well, I would think so. You would want to get paid for a job well done if someone ask you to do something for them. Do you do your job for free? Dr Torres has helped to be able to keep on working. No I am not totally paid free, but I am still a contributing member of society and that is what matters. Thank you Dr Torres and staff.

Doctor never wrote down notes so he would ask you the same questions over and over again. Is slow to respond to a crisis. It took him 3 months to decide that I needed to stop taking methotrexate and get a refferal for a liver specialist. Once he had decided that, he did not follow up to inquire what was wrong. Needless to say, I've since switched doctors.

The office dynamics are terrible; staff don't answer the phone or when they do, you are immediately put on hold and left hanging. Calls to doctor or NP are not returned either, so who knows if they even get the message? I have never encountered such an unprofessional attitude in a physician's office.

The office staff is horrible they do not return calls, you have to keep calling back. They speak poorly about each other in front of patients using inappropriate language. Also when you try to transfer to a new doctor they hold your medical records hostage, they charge 25.00 for FMLA paper work. No one there know what they are doing. The doctor is great but everyone else there is horrible.
