The Dr.is very difficult to get an appointment with. Most often you are assigned to a P.A., or nurse. The wait time for an appointment is months. The staff is over worked. Appointments run 20 to 30 minutes late. Be sure to get a receipt if you pay cash. Three times I have been billed for services I paid cash for at the time of service. When records are requested to be faxed to or from other Dr.'s, it is often not done. They have just changed their policy regarding faxing a prescription to the mail order pharmacy- they no longer will do it.
