Arrogant, rude, abrupt, and lack of compassion are the best terms to describe this physician. He treated my mother in 2002. She had open heart surgery. My family was devastated at her lack of improvement following open heart surgery. We were met with a total lack of compassion from this physician. I have never been spoken to as rudely by ANY physician as I was by this one when I tried to gather information related to her condition in CICU. My mother passed away a couple of months after her surgery. Perhaps we would have lost my mother no matter who the physician, but a little "Bedside Manner 101" remediation is in order for this physican.
