An extremely knowledgable and competent doctor who treats me with respect. Town Center Orthopedics has a very friendly, and competent office staff.

I have been to this office 3 times within the past 4 months, and each time I go, I've had a miserable experience. The wait times are ridiculously long (45min-1hr past appointment time, even if its a scheduled procedure for which you're told you must show up on time). The staff is unhelpful and generally rude when communicating on the phone.
Once you get to see Dr. Clop, she is helpful and friendly, but getting to her is a painful process.
On another note, I have forms that need to be filled out by the doctor, and am now waiting 2+weeks for the forms, and am repeatedly told 'she hasn't gotten to them yet'. These are time sensitive but do not seem to be anyone's priority. When calling in to speak to the assistant, she is never available and voice mails are never returned. Despite Dr. Clop being nice, I hope never to deal with this office again in the future unless the staff changes.

Chronic back pain following a training accident in the Army in 1998. I went to more than 20 doctors over 12 years until I found Dr. Clop. She simply never gave up until she figured out what the problem was (Sacroiliac Dysfunction), and then was tenacious in finding solutions that worked. Don't go there to whine though! She is looking for patients who want to work hard to get better and who want to take responsibility for their recovery. I have been seeing her for four years now and look forward to every visit. An extremely knowledgable and competent doctor who treats me with a great deal of respect. Town Center Orthopedics is a very friendly and happy office staff, and their physical therapy department is fantastic. Very grateful to have them close!

Only problem is the wait time and inability to get in touch with doctor or assistant. Dr Clop is very caring and determined to help her patients. My lower ratings, in my opinion, have nothing to do with the office staff.
