Warning, Stay away, only if you have time to hang out with them who causes more problems. They start off positive but endings are overwhelming. Faulty implants and products period. Overall, very unprofessional with service, etc

Uses cheap products. Everything has to be redone 2-3 times before it stays. His receptionist is all about the $$$

I went in for a cleaning and was told that I needed to get a filling. After getting the filling, I lost count of the number of times that I had to go back to get this one filling attended too. Each time my tooth got worse and worse, I finally went to another dentist and had them examine the tooth. It turned out that the doctor broke my tooth. (I had X-rays prior to the filling and did not have the slightest crack or any discomfort) After sharing this news with the doctor there was nothing done. No compensation, no remorse and a very vague response! I am now having to pay out of out of my pocket to get this tooth fixed.

Each time I visited the office the customer service got worse and worse.

Dr. Worral was always, kind. Our family saw him for years. Unfortunately, he missed decay, causing us to loose multiple teeth, and is costing us a lot of money in repairs. We had temporary crowns fall off, and he wouldn't call us back for a long time. Thankfully we decided to go elsewhere for an opinion and caught a lot of decay that is currently being remedied on the teeth we are saving. So far one of us had to have two cracked decayed teeth pulled after seeing him on a regular basis for years.

Dr. Worrall is treating my entire family and has provided us excellent treatment. The front dest has always been polite and most helpful.

Doctor was not impressive, however what was horrible was the front desk person, who never kept correct records, messed up the insurance and could not properly schedule. I spent way too much time trying to correct her errors and she was very rude....
