Find a different doctor. She is slow and oversteps being professional to try to have a friendship.

Dr. Van Jura nice. Follow up is non existent. If you need a refill for medication between appt ie blood pressure med good luck. They won't take a refill call. They want the pharmacy to fax a request and then they don't follow up. They don't order enough refills to last until next appt. I called thpharmacy Tuesday they sent 3 faxes and called 1 time no response from the office. It is now Friday afternoon and the office is closed so I am without medication until at least Monday. I guess I need to find a new doctor.

Dr. VanJura is a very caring physician who takes her patient's concerns seriously. She listens and works to find the best & responsible solutions for your health. She has started prescriptions, to gallbladder pains which she quickly had me set up in surgery w/in weeks of discovery, to simply having me exercise and watch my diet. I have recommended her to several friends and they are pleased with her as well!

She lost my chart of 25 years and then when I called her office for assistance in finding it I was treated very rudely. I personally walked my chart into her office, and she stated she never received it. How wrong, along with her work ethics, she allows un lisensed personell to document in your chart, also if you have a crisis on the weekend, she is not the Dr. you want! She will scold you about calling her, aven when you call is so serious you end up having a three day stay at the hospital. I would never refer her to my worst enemy, and her office partner is just as rude if you have a refill need or and issue you need to take care of on the weekend. She seems very nice at first, I also have called her office many times wanting to just ask her a simple question about my medicine or care, because I am disabled and she would literally refuse to speak with me. Needless to say I switched DRS. and am much happier, and am treated with dignity, like a human being should be.

Dr. VanJura is absolute the best doctor I have ever used! She sincerely cares about each patient individually, and truly knows her stuff!

Dr. Van Jura is wonderful. I followed her from her Dayton office to Centerville. She takes the needed for each appointment. She is a good doctor and a very nice person.

Dr. Van Jura is amazing. She does run a little late but not because she schedules too many patients but because she TAKES the time to explain to you things and not just leave you hanging. Totally amazing, totally dedicated, I would recommend her to everyone.
