Dr Kim is knowledgeable and has a nice manner. His staff , however, is the nastyess. Rude people behind the desk show absolutely no respect for the patient. Dr Kim is not at all like his staff. He is friendly and accessible., I had to leave the office, though, because even the tiniest patient request was not honored. I have never encountered a more hateful staff in any doctor’s office, and at my age, 76 , I’ve seen a lot of doctors. As kind as the doctor is that’s how mean the lady behind the desk is. I will not put up with her snarkiness, so now I am in Dr Heller’s office. I am much happier and much more confident. The staff never sent records to my primary care doctor despite multiple requests. Dr Heller’s staff is helpful kind and efficient.
