When I showed up for my initial consult I was asked to pay upfront as well which struck me as a little odd but I didn’t really see it as much of a problem so I agreed to pay. I’m not sure in what practice it’s common to pay for the service before it’s actually rendered. Orange flag. I wasn’t greeted by Dr. Fox whom I was referred to but by some other physician who said he could accomplish the work. Bait and switch. Red flag. When I left that day I had not an appointment and was told that I would be hearing from someone to set up an appointment and confirm the cost. Sliding scale based on what criteria? That never happened. Two weeks later and a few calls and they still haven’t contacted me to set up the actual appointment. This seems and feels like a scam. Theft. 200 bucks in and have nothing to show for it. Customer service still counts for something. To categorize the staff as rude would be a Fulton County courtesy. They were, perhaps, a product of that place. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else to do the work. i’m contacting the Attorney General’s Office.
