I’ve been a patient of Dr Hart’s for over two years and each visit I find to be in excellent care,When lab report becomes available it’s question I have that are answered,in full detail.

After 4 tries @ different chemo treatments and poor referrals to local radiologists I must confess that Dr hart is a cold fish who missed the classes in Med School concerning bedside manner. He might once have had the medical knowledge to cure, but without the compassion for his patients...what good is it? He made me feel like a leper - and insulted and neglected my concerns and feelings. I was to start on a new treatment plan and had a few questions about dosage and side effects. He actually walked out of the exam room on this last 3-minute visit waving his hands saying, "I've got other things to do" while pulling his poor shocked PA out of the room with him. I have never seen a Dr be this rude in all my 80 years. I am so disappointed and hurt....and currently not being treated for my cancer.

Well we were told he was a great doctor, however none of that matters if you can't get the doctor to call you back. 8 days and 12 phone calls with a critical lab report and we had to go to the ER for treatment. Then his office called to book the appointment and he failed to show up. Referred us to an associate to make another appointment. This Doctor is no longer eligible for the job.

My experience was not a pleasant one at the least! He is not my doctor,however he works in the same practice and department my wonderful doctor does. I was hospitalized and he had to make rounds for my doctor and he rushed in my room,was very cold,didn't ask me anything regarding how I was feeling and told me he was making drastic changes to my treatment as far as pain management and btw I was hospitalized for complications with my PAIN disease and he did so without regarding my comfort level and I suffered the entire night he did so with unbearable pain and my doctor came back the next morning and fixed it but he totally rubbed me the wrong way for such a renowned doctor and I refuse to deal with him EVER agian! He treated me like a junky of sorts and as if he wanted me home and didnt even check any vitals or my legs or heart or anything and it struck me as totally unprofessional! To be honest I really don't complain to much I'm extremely understanding and easy going,but I got online just to search for a review board on him to just speak my very accurate and truthful experience just to let him know that everyone makes mistakes,but fyi don't always think you know what's best for patients especially if they are NOT your patients because you have caused me the most excruciating unnecessary pain ever and I sincerely hope he never has to be in my position ever and be disregarded the way I was not only did it effect me physically but emotionally I was scared because he hurt my feelings so deeply!
