Had bad back pain, came in 20 min early for appointment, still waited 40 min after appointment time to be called in. Then waited in room another 20 minutes. The assistant sent my pain meds to an online service instead of local favorite pharmacist, then when I called I was told I should have asked her which place she was sending vs the nurse asking where to send. Next I needed a back brace, but they were out of XL, they had L/XXL so even though the brace was way too tight. I was told sorry that's all we have. The dr. then changed pain meds because she personally prefers other medication. If the strong pain meds barely mask the pain, how is a weaker pain med make any sense? Not to mention she only prescribed me anti-inflammatories and I had to call the next day to remind that I need stuff for pain. It is not my job to follow up to make sure things are done right.

Dr. Ellen Voronov, Physiatry – Dupage Medical Group 133 E Brush Hill Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126 and 4115 Fairview Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515
Dr. Ellen Voronov doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, and will keep billing you for everything she can! If her treatment isn’t working – it is your fault. You cannot have a discussion with this woman – if you disagree or challenge anything she says then YOU are wrong and need to see a different specialist. She is a horrible Doctor! Do not waste your time, energy, money or self worth on this bad doctor. She is a horrid person – be warned and stay away.
If a doctor comes in and asks “So tell me how you are doing?” Then as you are speaking she proceeds to read the computer screen the entire time you are talking and you get up and look and see the screen is of a different patients file, and you call them out on it and they say Go On, I’m Listening – RUN AWAY! If a doctor every says to you Fibromyalgia is your own fault. Run Away! If a doctor says you just have to try harder to not feel the pain. Run Away! If you tell a Dr you cannot take that Rx because you already tried it and had side effects of severe lightheadedness & dizziness and she says – try it again to make sure – RUN AWAY!
