I liked Dr. Richardson. However my last experience with his office manager was a nightmare. I ended up changing dorctors and it was a much better experience with the new doctor New Doctor says I don't need surgery.

$$$$$$Charged a ridiculous amount of money for out patient surgery! I'm talking $40k and upwards for bunionectomy procedure. My husband's surgery bill was astronomical. Definitely didn't expect that kind of cost! Upside: friendly, great bed side manner, knowledgeable, results from surgery worked well.

His staff is rude. He is overpriced and should be reported to insurance I,e., Medicare etc.

this doctor is so friendly and energetic! you can talk to him about everything and he listens and will explain everything to you even drawing on a board to show you exactly whats going on! His staff is super super friendly and so fast! i can always get right in to see him and normally they take me right back! would recommend to everyone

Very expensive and does not nearly gives relief from a callous. Charges you and Medicare a ton for the procedure that my Vietnamese lady who does my pedicure is better any day.

EXCELLENT CARE IN THE REMOVAL OF A HALF TOE THAT BECAME INFLAMED AND WAS CAUSING ME A LOT OF PAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AS A PODIATRIST

I went to Dr. Richardson for plantar fasciitis (spelling) and i was beyond pleased! I did my paperwork before hand on their website and was seen within 5 minutes of checking in. His staff was knowledgeable and his nurse was very nice. Dr. Richardson was upbeat and easy to talk to. He told me right away what the problem was and used treatments that other offices didn't offer me. But the downside of these better treatments is that they were more expensive because i had not met my deductible but they did not require the money up front! would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

I went to dr Richardson and got an ingrown toenail removed I was told there would be no pain afterward. Well there was pain and lots of it when I called his office the next day and needed something called in I was told to take Tylenol!!!! Yea right and it caused me to miss a whole days work. He wouldn't even proscribe me a low dose pain reliever. Don't go to him!
