I have seen Dr. Torino a total of four times. The front office is polite and punctual. That's where the good news ends. Dr. Torino charged me for two procedures that cannot be charged at the same time according to CMS and Medicare guidelines. I called the office manager, who after many attempts to reach her, called back once, she was rude, but said she would look into my bill. I never heard back from her (Ms. Anderson, I think) Not only can you not charge for these two procedures at the same time, cerumen removal and debridement of mastoid cavities, Dr. Torino has NEVER properly debrided my mastoid cavities. I finally saw another doctor who kept say, "oh my god" and "oh wow" because my mastoid cavities were such a mess. It took the second doctor an hour and a half to clean my mastoid cavities. To make matters worse, I believe, but can't prove, that Dr. Torino damaged my stapes more than it had previously been damaged. I have reported this practice to the Georgia Consumer Protection Office as well as to my insurance company. As a lifelong ENT patient and as an RN, I would never, ever recommend Dr. Torino to anyone.

Dr. Tirino performed a cochlear implant surgery on me. She did not follow the manufacturer recommendations and did not listen to me when I repeatedly tried to give feedback that something was wrong. Eventually, 3 years later, another otologist discovered that she did not insert an implant correctly. I had a revision surgery with another surgeon and it was discovered that my ear had extensive damage as a result of her faulty insertion and placement. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinician and seeking somebody that listens to their patients, takes their feedback seriously, and follows the manufacturer guidelines for how the implants should be inserted. She didn't.

Have never been to the office without having to wait at least an hour, and have been many times. Very frustrating.

Daughter had surgery with dr Torino. The survey was a success but the doctor and staff seem to not pay attention to detail. Patient had to get their own ct scan. No one told us not to take pain medication after surgery , for so many hours as pain medication had been given after anesthesia. I caught this myself and pharmacist recommended waiting at least 6 hours as the medication could cause respiratory distress. Then dr didn't sign Rx and after an fairly invasive surgery , patient had to drive back to dr office to get Rx filled. Doctor and staff don't seem to pay attention to details or to remedy their mistakes.

Dr Tirino is an absolute expert in her field. She saved my son's hearing after he had a botched surgery at Eggleston. She replaced his ear drum successfully and put in titanium hearing bones successfully. We are forever grateful to her. He hears wonderfully now! She is the BEST in Georgia!

Dr. Tirino is an awesome individual. She is sincerely caring and takes the time to get to know her patients. When I found out I had a tumor, I was sent to Dr. Tirino and felt immediately at ease when she spoke to my husband and I. Her demeanor was instrumental in turned an extremely frightening forecast into a hopeful and positive future. I am so thankful to have had Dr. Tirino and Dr. Bart MacDonald as my surgeons. May God continue to Bless them with loving hearts, minds and hands so that they can continue bringing hope and help to people in need.

After a car wreck my eardrum was gone and spinal fluid with blood came out my nose and ear for years.. 4 times surgery , all were supposed to be world class--California, Birmingham, etc. Years went by with much trouble with infections. I would fly anywhere for the right Doctor. NONE WERE IN THE LEAGUE of Dr. Jennifer Tirino. I can not express the emotions I feel for her. For the first time in years, I hear--Not just a little, not fuzzy---But very very clear. Is there a difference-- You bet there is. Jennifer is not just another ENT Doctor but a true world class surgeon. Don't walk but run to her.
