If you have Anthem, and use the online K-Health Chat and get 'Dr. Cunningham,' end your chat. She will not assist you. Everyone knows what over the counter meds are available to treat viral infections and sinus issues, especially 'Dr. Cunningham.' That's all she will offer. You are better off talking to your local pharmacist if you cannot get in with you PCP. You will not get anti-biotics from this gem of medical community. Her service was no better nor genuine. Give me your card info and move on!
