I had been seeing her 3+ years. Caring and professional. She looked at X-RAYS and MRI and suggested alternative to high-dose addictive meds and it worked ! Very satisfied. Staff was professional and helpful. This town is a circus of con artists and drug addicts. Hurtful to hear the whining and complaints about this amazing Doctor.

Just very poor all the way around. She is not very professional. Staff do not return phone messages, even if your an established patient. She won't send medical papers to other doctors on her tests and findings. She is not affiliated with the Hospital. It seems that everyone has the same thing, M.S. lesions in their brain???I have heard that more than once from anyone that gets a brain MRI. I went to Kasmi..a whole world better.

Office staff is as rude as any I have ever come in contact with! The doctor is erratic at best, she talks about other patients issues. The doctor is un-responsive to patients needs, I was hospitalized four time in as many weeks for kidney stones; I followed her directions as to not accepting any pain meds from other doctors, when I called and asked for an appointment to get the medication that I was truly needing her office staff gave me an appointment 24 days out.. when I asked if I could see the doctor any sooner her office staff told me If I did not like it I could go somewhere else. Is this what healthcare has come to?

Dr. Win is the only doctor that respect the patient. She never let patient wait for her. She always make time for emergency patient. She even skips lunch when somebody needs to be seen urgently.

She was charging my insurance for treatments I never received. She billed for visits I never went to. I contacted my insurance to tell them about it, they (insurance) demanded their money back from the doctor and got it but then the doctor sent me to collection for it, I had to pay. It was for IDD treatment, it is a form of traction. I wound up in more pain then when I started. This so called doctor is a cheat. If you have back problems go get yourself a 99 dollar inversion table from Big 5. The Idd machine is a joke. They claim it can cure your back pain. Its 325 dollars per 20 minuet session and after 14 you are supposed to be well, I am here to tell you; you are not well, see this thing called gravity is what is causing your back to ache. That machine can't eliminate gravity. It’s just another scam. What I was so upset about is that she got away with it. I took her to small claims court but she had an attorney help her out and the case was dismissed without prejudice.
