I, too, was overcharged by a very unprofessional office.

She has been my Dr. for 10 years but these last 2 years I have new ins. with an ins. they are out of network with and now they tell me they cannot bill my Ins since they are Out of Nework due to it is illegal?? I also had My ins call them and explain in a 3-way phone call that this is not illegal. I needed the denial for me to get reimbursed by my employer, but her biller would not do it. she didn't seem to know much about billing? oh well I have to find a new dr.

I felt I was overcharged for the services I received. The office staff was extremely rude and unable to explain why my bill was so high. They acknowledged that they charge a higher rate for people with insurance. Due to my high deductible, I was stuck paying the payment out of pocket.

Dr Lacasse and her staff are very good at what they do always have had a pleasant experience at her office was very helpful with my problem I never waited very long maybe 15 min I would highly recommend her to all I know

Waited for over an hour for Dr. No apology for being late. Office was dumpy. Wasn't helpful at all with what I went in for. I asked questions and was given "I'm not sure" answers. Dr. hardly asked me any questions. Will NOT go back or recommend!
