From the moment I walked in the front door through the process an initial exam, cleaning and 3 crowns; I was impressed by the modern facilities, excellent staff and the level of care that I received. I am happy to have found such a great dental facility in Lewistown. I look forward to having more dental work done here.

i had a root canal done here,when doing the work he fractured the tooth. the tooth had to come out with the bridge it was connected to. also when he pulled the fractured tooth it was one of the most painful procedures i have went through. i still have pain at the site it was pulled from

after my first visit i was told i had 8 cavities, i used all my insurance i had available within 2 days, got 5 filled, my teeth hurt from the second i got done, went back several times so he could "adjust my bite" this also did not work. After reaching my insurance max i was forced to switch insurance companies (as i thought i had 3 cavities and a crown yet to finish) i went to another dentist and was told i have perfect teeth, no work needed! i made 2 phone calls, left messages with the very rude receptionist with still no response. i showed up at his office demanding my records and the same rude receptionist told me she could not do that. i waited 45 min. for DR DAVID to show up for him to have the receptionist relay the message that i must make an appointment if i need to speak with him. i intend to follow up possibly w legal action. my teeth hurt everyday, i can not eat/drink hot/cold food, cannot chew gum, and they just ache for no reason. i do not recommend him!

I have mixed reviews for Dr. Holecek. He is very personable but after multiple procedures I have to question his skill. 2 crowns had to be redone, there is still space between them that isn't there in natural teeth, so food gets lodged at every meal which requires flossing everytime I eat. Our son got a cavity under a filling he'd done because it wasn't in there effectively. I am hoping he becomes more skillful but we have moved on to someone else.

Very personable and at first seems very knowledgeable. I agreed to the need to replace a worn bridge. While working on the new bridge, he dropped a drill bit down my throat. The new bridge was set too tightly against the gum causing a gap between the upper and lower teeth as well as being painful. I can no longer chew on that side and always have mild pain. His response was to suggest letting him replace the lower bridge as well and he'd make that one meet the upper one. At that point it seemed time to find a new dentist.
