I started taking my son there 2 years ago and I thought at first this place was wonderful.They have bad customer service skills and they take too long.I told the assistant helping me that I only wants glasses that my insurance covers 100%.When my glasses arrived I was told that I had to pay an additional 40.00 because insurance didn't cover the whole thing.It was their error yet I was expected to pay
