When I had my first appointment with Dr. Craig Jones, I was relieved to find him both businesslike and friendly. Dr. Jones answered all my questions and put me at ease.

Every member of Dr. Jones's practice, from his surgical coordinator to those who answered the phone, was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. When it turned out I needed surgery, Dr. Jones gave me all the information I needed so I would know what to expect. He also assured me he would make every effort possible to ensure that I would not need that surgery again.

When I got to the hospital, I felt completely at ease. Every one of his colleagues, from the technicians to the nurses to the anesthesiologist, was friendly and helpful. I was especially pleased to see Dr. Jones, whose presence was reassuring.

It has been months now, and Dr. Jones did such careful and thorough surgery on me that my condition has not recurred. If it did, I would have had no hesitation returning to him. I recommend him and his staff absolutely.

Dr. Jones suggested thermal cautery and said that chemical cautery was an option for dealing with my recurring nose bleeds. His confident manner and quick work were outstanding. He speaks with assurance and does not talk down to clients. He seems to want to acquire and offer the latest and best medical devices. I think Cape Cod is lucky to have him here.

staff was very courteous the doctor took his time did not feel rushed and explained everything a real down to earth doctor.

Outstanding doctor - takes his time and explains everything including optional diagnoses and alternative treatments. Great personality, doesn't talk down to patients. I highly recommend him. you should call ahead of your appt as he tend to run late giving his patients excellent service!
