Dr. Zier was rude, arrogant and unprofessional... His exam seemed rushed and in general unprofessional.

He was rude, dismissive, and didn’t fully do his job. There are much better optometrists available.

He told me that my cataract "wasn't bad". My vision continued to worsen and 3 months later a surgeon removed the cataract, telling me that J Zier should have sent me to a surgeon immediately because of how serious the cataract was.

Have gone to Dr. Zier for approx. 10 years.....very knowledgable, caring, good sense of humor, always answers phone calls and questions...Would recommend to anyone....

Very good, would suggest him to anyone. Spends time to make sure you are happy and comfortable. May have to wait, but have never felt rushed to finish appiontment.

Dr.Zier has the compassion that is hard to find. He is very helful and understanding. He also makes dure everything's ok. He puts you at ease when you are in his office. When I first got my contacts I was the 2nd to last patient he had scheduled for the day and the last patient had already left, he could have left and his asst. could of made sure everything eas ok, but he stayed for about 2hrs until I finally got the hang of putting my contacts in and out. Iwould suggest Dr.Zier to anyone but the only drawback is sometimes you have to wait a long time in his office( Target Optical) But the wait is worth it to have such a caring optomotrist. His staff is always very helful and kind.

Dr. Zier is an excellent doctor. He has a nice personality and really tries to get to know his patients he is a great eye doctor. He is very helpful alson
