I see Dr Mcnabb 3 times/yr for spa treatments. I am always greeted by her staff. She is very professional and has helped me on several occasions with challenging physical issues. I trust her opinion and have recommended several of my friends to the spa.

Dr Mcnabb is very caring she was able to see me on the 3rd of July, traditionally a busy day on the Cape. My Appt. was at 9am and I arrived at 830, i was greeted by her staff and Dr. McNabb saw me 15 minutes early. She performed a labiaplasty 2 weeks prior and I was there for the followup. I am very pleased at the results and my increased self esteem. I have referred 2 of my closest friends to Dr. McNabb and they have been equally as pleased with their results!

Wait time way too long, labiaplasty nightmare still not happy, she wants more money to fix me when I already paid her. Not happy with results. I will update final result but as of now I had 5 revisions and now that its been over a year she wants $1500 more to do the same procedure I already paid for. Not sure why she thinks she can get the results I want after paying for the same procedure a second time, when good results couldn't be achieved after the 5th time going under the knife. I'm traumatized. Seeking another dr. I have to say shes very nice and I like her as a person but this has nothing to do with friendship. This should have been done right the first time. I had one side of my labia hacked and one left long..not my fault as I feel they are blaming me for all these surgeries. Still more work to be done and I'm not paying another cent for something I already paid for. Will give my money to another skilled dr. Will update final result..possibly seeking a lawyer at this point.

The wait time last year's appointment was 1 hour, so I planned for 1st appointment of the day...the wait time was 45 minutes and the patient who came in after me was seen first. Staff said I didn't need to give a urine sample, so I emptied my bladder...then doctor said I now have to go to CLab to give a sample. Traveling within Hyannis in the summer was not fun. Dr. McNabb is a good doctor, but punctuality is not a strong quality.
