Doesn’t seem to care how long his patients have to wait for their appointments.

My father is in an assisted living care facility. He was taken by the facility to an appointment with Dr. Perry in Dunn. Upon arrival, my father had soiled himself. The nurse who brought my dad from the facility asked if they might use the restroom to clean my father. The male receptionist stepped behind the wall and asked someone something. When he returned he said "Dr. Perry cannot see (my dad) today." The nurse asked why, and was told it was because he was soiled. The nurse then asked again to use the bathroom to clean him up and was told "we are not equipped for that." They told them to take my dad back to the facility (17 miles) away to clean him up. It was inhumane to make my dad sit in his soiled clothing to return when they could have cleaned him up as best they could prior to leaving to return to the facility. The staff was rude and disrespectful to my father and I am angry that they don't have compassion for this. I don't want to see them treat anyone else like this

I would highly recommend Dr. Perry. He's an excellent doctor and has been treating me for several months now. He's always courteous, polite and in a good mood which, is amazing, considering what this man has to do for a living. It's not 20 year old models coming in with urinary problems etc.. It's alot of old people coming to see the urologist. It's a mystery to me that this man hasn't tried to gouge his eyes out with a knife at the end of each day. He must have stomach made of lead to do what he does and still manage to keep a smile on his face. He deserves a medal and a big one. Quite frankly, I couldn't, nor would I want to have his job. It's like working in the sewer if you think about it. Thank you Dr. Perry they don't pay you enough if you ask me. Your a saint!!

Dr. Perry is very unprofessional and was quick to dismiss my concerns about the condition I was being seen for. I was given a prescription and upon taking the medication as prescribed I started having additional problems (due to the meds), after some research and talking to a pharmacists I realized I was being over medicated and promptly called Dr. Perry's office to no avail. During my next visit I expressed my concerns and was dismissed by Dr. Perry. I was worried about how this medication would effect me since I was given an extremely high dose and Dr. Perry was very uncaring of my situation & after questioning him, I was berated like a child and he kept trying to leave the room. The visit did not go well.. I was not advised on what course of action to take. My trust in Dr. Perry had diminished. I would not recommend Dr. Perry to anyone I care about. Although, I must say I have heard some very nice things about the other Dr.s at Cary Urology.

I felt like Dr. Perry didn't believe how much pain I was in and made my problem seem just "run of the mill" when it wasn't! Luckily, I had some tests that were seen by the excellent xray technician that led him to an understanding of how bad off I really was. He ended up doing surgery on me, which was successful (and I am thankful for that) but I was not happy with the lack of initial concern and downplay of my condition.

They are running late by 800 am. The doctors are rude, the front desk is rude, the nurses are polite. Their response to an issue I'm having post vasectomy is that I must be imagining it. I'm not saying you'll have a bad experience here, but if you do, I hope they provide a better level of care then I have received.
