I am very upset with Dr. Ellet’s office staff. A doctor is ok not as good as his office. They have lost my medication three times. I got excuses not apologies. They are rude on the phone and understand frustration about them not doing their job! I am sad and appalled.

TERRIBLE STAFF. They have lost my records. Their portal is not updated. I go in for a colonoscopy, and I fill out all the forms which they obviously did not read my answers (saying I had covid within the last 30 days). They did not inform me and other patients that you can not have the procedure done within 30 days of having covid. When I spoke to them on the phone to schedule the procedure, I even told them I had covid at that very moment. I was about to get sedated when they asked me for the FOURTH time if I had covid within the last 30 days which i responded with the same answer, yes. They would not allow me to do the procedure. I went through the pain of the prep work for nothing. I had to reschedule and this time they did not give me any instructions on how to do the prep work and made it a pain to pick up the meds from their furthest office which is an hour away from me. I go in for the colonoscopy and I hear another patient have the same issue as I did the last time: being turned away from the staff's terrible attention skills that the patient had covid within 30 days. They forgot to inform any of us. I never had a follow up appointment from the doctor himself to answer any of my questions. I'm trying to switch to a new gastro but I can't even get my records. Paid a ton of money for all these tests and procedures, no help on the issues. Just make me pay more money and no real help and won't answer questions. The epitome of how terrible the health system is and all they want is money and do not care to help.
