Dr. Polizzi is a very personable, gracious person whose staff reflects her concern for the patient. There is a vibe of pleasantness in the office, which is a team or group of doctors. And even though the office itself is a bit small, the attitudes of the people in it is so pleasant that there are always smiles for the patients. I was somewhat disabled and needed assistance on the entry steps. It was there for me in an instant. I was impressed at Dr. P's expertise and the thoroughness of her examination. I'm very pleased that nothing serious was involved, and impressed b/c Dr. P did not rush to consider the most drastic course of action, but was conservative and sensible in her recommendations.
