My experience with Dr Saucedo was like... a Twilight Zone episode. He asked questions, but quickly answered them himself (and incorrectly), as if they were rhetorical, rather than health history questions. My answers didn't seem to matter to him at all.
He bragged about himself non stop, while disparaging nearly every other doctor I have ever seen. But most perversely, he did a long rant about "big pharma" and how "other" doctors are sellouts with big shares in drug companies which is why they prescribe pain meds.
This, is coming from a pain doctor??
His "exciting new treatment plan" was for me to exercise in a warm pool! Despite the fact that I have no access to a warm pool.
His staff had asked me to bring all current meds with me to that first appointment. Dr. Saucedo dumped them out and then actually TOOK half of them "to throw away" despite my well-documented pain problems. I have pain caused by both progressive disease that's caused damage visible on my CT scans & MRI'S, and also had substantial pain from a new condition, that required yet another surgery--scheduled in just 2 weeks.
I felt it was unethical, and just plain cavalier to disregard the treatment plans of my other specialists. He caused me MORE pain.
Weird guy.

Dr. Saucedo has practiced and studied with the best doctors all over the country. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time explaining procedures and diagnosis in layman's terms so you understand. He personally calls after procedures and will actually get on the phone if you have questions you want answered by him. I would recommend for hard to diagnosis cases.

The worst bed side manner of any doctor I saw in my life. He has major ego problem. When asked details of operation procedures he recommended, he made as if he were doing me a huge favor explaining what he was going to do to me. Disregarded my medicinal allergies. Really bad and do not recommend him to anyone.
