My experience in Dr. Catero's office was absolutely awful. His behavior and actions were atrocious. He is extremely unprofessional, he unlawfully abandoned me during the visit by leaving the room and saying he refused to continue care, all because I was begging to explain to him very important pieces of my case that he was missing and he had no interest in listening to me speak at all and was even going so far as prohibiting me to speak at all. I was essentially not allowed to be his patient if I tried to speak.
