Had to go to another surgeon to correct his mistakes from his surgery on me.

I came to him about my knee which I had been to several times already. He said we setup surgery and we never heard back from you. Obviously he had not looked at my chart any because my insurance would not pay for it and there where several letters wrote between the him and insurance company. I also try to schedule a MRI and they said they knew nothing about it. This place may have been excellent at one time but it seems there is no communication between each department. My mother in law also went through the same issues.
