Rude staff, rude doctor.
Stay away!!!!!
Didn't do what we agreed in the constellation - I arrived with my kid (17) didn't let me in with her. Didn't explain to them what is going to happen.
Later that day called to ask how they doing, when I asked how come he didn't use the anesthesia we agreed on his answer was "it's been done, I don't have time to go over things that we had in the constellation".
Just stay away!

Dr Golds office staff and facilities are first rate. Dr Gold is the best. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended

It can be stressful going to an oral surgron but Dr Gold and his staff made everything from scheduling my appointment , having my procedure done and the follow up visit all extremely easy and comforting!

I have TOTAL confidence in Dr Gold. He is caring, and meticulous. He has preformed many surgeries including wisdom teeth extractions and implants- on my family and myself - all very successful. . Everything is explained to you beforehand- and excellent followup care. I would not go to any other oral surgeons

Dr. Gold and his staff were fantastic. Took my son to have his wisdom teeth out and he was in and out in no time. Dr. Gold made my son, who was quite nervous, very comfortable and totally at ease. Not only was he and his staff incredible on the day of the procedure, but both myself and my son spoke to Dr. Gold multiple times after the procedure to check on how he was doing. I would recommend Dr. Gold to everyone I know and even those who I don't know!

I took both of my children for teeth extractions. They were nervous, but Dr. Gold put them at ease with his wonderful bedside manner. He was gentle and followed up with a phone call that evening to see how they were feeling. I was impressed with this surgeon and would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery. The staff was so friendly, too. Great experience!

This office needs a wake up call. I am a patient that suffers from anxiety when it comes to medical procedures, and that was definitely not considered when working with Dr. Gold and his staff. While having my wisdom teeth extracted, Dr. Gold made a distasteful comment about my tears and being an emotional woman and it was quite jarring to hear coming from one of NJ's "Top Dentists". His staff is not much better. The nurse that assisted in my procedure did not speak to me unless she absolutely had too. She gave no instructions as to what she was doing and was very robotic. She was quite upset that I had left one thumb with nail polish on, even though every single other finger was clean for her to place the heart rate monitor on. Because she didn't speak to me or give me any curtsey, I was unable to explain that I had the small amount of nail polish so I could pick at something to calm my nerves. Even the receptionist was rude. No food or drink is allowed in the waiting room, so my father went to drink his coffee outside, but he was yelled at by the nurse because he had to be inside the facilities while I was in with the doctor. In addition, when we went to pick up my prescriptions, the receptionist completely butchered the spelling of my name when calling it into the pharmacy, so much so I had to call my insurance company and explain that the prescriptions were for me in order to pick them up. While Dr. Gold technically did a good job (I had no swelling or pain after my surgery and was eating solid foods the next day), I would not recommend his practice to anyone, especially those that suffer from anxiety or have a fear of medical procedures. Dr. Gold and his staff made me feel like I was a piece of meat to be butchered so that they could get onto the next patient and get their money.

such a nasty guy and his staff isn’t much better. They were nice at first until we had problems running our insurance and wanted to pay in increments. They only want you money, the guy could care less about your well being. He removed my wisdom teeth and it was the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend anyone to this office not even my worst enemy!
