She is very concerned about her patients well fare. She keeps up-to-date on any new information and will refer her patients to other specialists as needed. She keeps her office with the newest innovations. Her office is quick to get back to you when you call in with a questions and to call you with results of any tests and to schedule further appointments. Excellent rapport with her patients.

HORRIBLE!!! Cannot make a professional decison. Also, you don't get to talk to anybody. You have to leave a message in their voice mail and wait for them to call back. I think the janitor has voice mail up there!

Due to other poor experiences here, I decided to transfer to another doctor. I sent in a Medical Records transfer form back in November, which my current doctor still hasn't received. I didn't get a call back from Dr. Thomas's office until last week, and every time I try to get ahold of them, I get some ****y girl from the answering service who takes my number, but I don't think the messages are going to the correct person, because NOTHING has been done yet. Very poor office, I'm surprised they have so many patients.
