Front desk staff is rude and incompetent. Dr. Rosenthal is arrogant and patronizing. They do not do Telemed appointments in this Covid era. Don't even deserve the one star.

Horrible practice. Incompetent and rude staff. PAs have no bedside manner. Doctor arrogant. Ignores your concerns and glosses over important details.

Waited an hour to finally see him. Staff always wants to get rid of you. Very unfriendly. He constantly will put you on medicine after medicine. If you want to be put on medication he is the doctor for you.
