I really want to love this doctor, but, she played genuine and disrespectful in the same conversation, calling me a liar and not listening to my plea for help in a serious incident, said it was in my head, need to see a psychologist, I told her "You need one! How dare you..." She calls herself a Christian and cannot recognize the truth when she sees/hears it! She is illiterate in body language with the words. I put "excellent" because I pity her, I really do. I know she did her best, cared for a great many people, I wish her well, hope to see her in heaven some day so I can hear her appology for having me suffer so WITHOUT HER HELP I PAID FOR.

Dr.Ilo is a ok doctor but she is very forgetful I think you should try to remember your patients and what's wrong with them instead of having to rundown all your meds and ailments every single time your seen. And the main nurse is more concerned with being right than helping you. The main nurse will argue you down when you call for refills and appointments (she's a wannabe doctor without a medical digree).

I have going to Dr.Ilo for several years-she is caring but her bill department needs to be revamped..They have sent me to collection 2 times and the last time the bills were from 2009&2010-they never informed me at the time when I checked out that I had outstanding bills and they collected my co-pay right up front--the bills were from office visits and a shot--I am in the process of finding another dr.
