After the surgery and my follow-up appointment is when the real dr. Fox came out nasty rude unprofessional

Well i visited Dr.Fox ofc last Thursday.He did my procedure in his ofc. It was the worst surgery i ever had,he didn't let the numbing cream get numb before he cut me. Then later that day I ended up in the hospital for rectal bleeding and discomfort. I soaked up 3 pads, he stated that's
not a lot of blood but that's why he told me to go to the hospital because i didn't suppose to bleed like that. Then he wasn't gentle or concern about my pain level. I can write a lot more but I'm not going back

Very helpful and knowledgeable doctor. I would recommend Dr. Fox to anyone with rectal issues.

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Fox and his assistant Renee. Neither of these two have any idea how to kindly and respectfully communicate with clients that are keeping their business going. When the office is closed, the phone is routed to Renee's house, I guess. When I called at 9 am to verify my appt, the reply was, "Well, I'm still in my bedroom and no way to check the appt books from here. Can you call the office later?" Another time I wanted to verify my insurance would cover the cost of "banding". I stepped out to call quickly and her response was, "Well hurry up because I want to get you back there so I can leave. I'm tired." And this was 20 minutes before my actual appt time! Dr. Fox isn't much better. Look elsewhere if you know what's good for you!

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Fox and Renee. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 mins in the waiting room. He is super knowledgeable and provided me with excellent care.

Kindness and Competence is what characterizes both Dr Fox and his staff. His assistant, Renee, rather than seeing herself as a gate-keeper, acts as a problem-solver and advocate. As a client without insurance, she had the authority to provide me with a very reasonable office-visit fee. Dr Fox is kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. I wish a lot more doctor offices were like this! Commendable!

Dr. Fox saw me quickly. He diagnosed my problem and performed the surgery I needed. I experienced no complications. I was very pleased with his care.
