I'm not a workers comp patient. I'm just a patient. I received a fusion in 2011. I found out recently there was over 30 staples left in my neck by this doctor. I've tried contacting a lawyer but since it's been over 2 years no one wants to touch it. How was I to know the were there? Now when I try to schedule an appointment with Peachtree Orthopedic they make sure it's not with him. As a matter of fact the doctor that's been treating me for the past 13 years retired after I found the staples. He never informed me they were there. I just happened to shoot them after an x- ray was taken and I questioned a discolored spot. I say Run and run fast if you're referred to this doctor

Just a note to worker’s comp patients: for every “insurance company friendly” doctor, there are even more “patient friendly” doctors more than happy to treat all claimants (those truly injured and those looking for the next comp check), and more than happy to give you every diagnosis you want. If you feel the need to complain, look to all the fakers and pill mill doctors for the cause of your angst. They make it extraordinary difficult on those who are truly injured. Dr. Kelley is the only orthopedic surgeon I trust for relieving serious back pain—the. only. one. period. Both my husband and a dear friend underwent very extensive lumbar surgeries through Dr. Kelley. Both surgeries were completely successful. I highly recommend Dr. Kelley to those who are truly in pain.

Dr Kelley did my spinal stenosis, fusion and laminectomy in 2010. It was wonderful. I have had no problems until Nov 2017. I called and they would not see saying I was not a patient because I had not been there in 3 years and he does not take Medicare patients. Even if I had been his patient in the past. My back was perfect, I had gotten my life back. So I have had a terrible year trying to find someone to help me. I go to another doctor tomorrow hoping for some help.

RUN AWAY from this Dr!! If you are on Workers Comp you will be treated poorly and rudely by him and his PA. He should have his license pulled. I urge patients with bad exper to file claims with the Medical Board of GA!

This doctor is paid to modify his opinion. He just got recorded in three lies and losing his temper. Also, I ended up waiting an hour and a half for a four minute exam.

Dr. Lee Kelly is nothing more than a Hired Gun for Insurance Companies. He gets paid handsomely for rendering false opinions in order to save insurance companies money without regard to the wellbeing of the patient! The person is a shame to the medical profession!!!

Kelley's diagnosis was laughed at by other doctors that I consulted for a second opinion---they were shocked by the level of ignorance. If you are to be on his table, please also do some research on the successful rate of his operation---I am in disbelieve with what I heard.

I agree with the last patient. Doesn't seem to care about workers comp. patients. Employer-oriented vs care-oriented.
