He did not understand or listen to the issues affecting me/us. He had an opinion on day 1 and didn't help us in any way. He also charged 300 for a 10 minute appointment which I guess I signed at the beginning I feel he only cared about the money and working with what he wrote about and not what many couples actually deal with in reality. There were billing errors too where he double billed us. It wasn't a positive experience. Since then I did my research and found someone who hast a good reputation and has taken the time to understand and help right away. I believe a good marriage counselor listens, reads provided documentation and help provide advice that takes into account we are all different with different issues.
