This endocrinologist is a complete inconsiderate (I'm trying to remain professional here...) when it comes to patient's waiting time due to horrendous time management. He has the habit of arriving extremely late to his practice. He dares to spend an hour on personal phone calls when the office is behind schedule and elderly diabetic patients haven't eaten yet. We were scheduled by appointment to be at the office at 10am. By 6:20pm the Dr was still attending the 1pm appointments!. He spent an hour on a personal call and after patients realized this fact, they started to abandon the office. The upset staff had the audacity to openly asked "who else wants to leave?" This is a shameless, unethical, and continuous business practice that must be stopped. This is not the first time, this is every single time. It is easier to travel to San Juan or another city and return back to Ponce than having to deal with the rude staff and inconsiderate doctor. Let's educate the medical community and united demonstrate these actions are not to be tolerated.
