This doctor wrote a letter of discharging me from a pain management for receiving narcotic pain relievers from more than one doctor and I NEVER SEEN/WAS A PATIENT OF/OR RECIEVED A PRESCRIPTION FROM THIS PHYSICIAN!!! And never have i recieved any prescription for a pain medication from anybody but my family practitioner.
