I had trigger finger surgery and am having severe pain from swelling at night. Dr Palazzo was very defensive and rude and could offer no help to alleviate the swelling. She treated me like I was stupid and would not explain what was going on. I am 70 so I am not sure she thought it was my age that made me ignorant in her eyes. I will not go back.

Dr. Palazzo really cares about me and my surgical outcome. She and her staff take a lot of time to explain what’s going on. They have a nurse who texts me every day to check in and see how I’m doing after surgery, and she is available 24-7 for questions or problems. Dr. Palazzo’s staff is organized. The prescriptions are done ahead of time, and her written instructions are clear and easy to understand. Dr. Palazzo is smart, skilled, honest and concerned about her patients

dr. palazzo and her staff are very kind an caring. they go above an beyond any dr. I have been to. after my surgery my family told me how kind she was to them and how she explained everything to them. nurse linda gave me her cell number that I had to call on a sunday and she was fine with that. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone needing surgery in her field !!

This Dr. did not care about my situation. I had a fractured wrist. She made me wait longer than I needed to. I sat in the room and she seen everybody else except me. Of course I wasnt bleeding or anything. But she was rude. She didnt try to help me. Just push me off on someone else.

Dr. Palazzo is a pleasant and very focused doctor. She does beautiful work and her nurse Linda is great too!
