My appointment was at 11am and at 12pm I still had yet to even be seen by the doctor. The staff didn’t show any type of concern as I literally stepped out of the room I was sitting on for half an hour the other half was spent just waiting to even be called back. If you have somewhere to be or are expecting excellent and prompt service this institution is NOT the right place for you. I have been going here for a while and typically experience a lengthy wait despite the agreed appointment time with no explanation given that the office is pretty much empty.

Dr. Sieboldt is one of the most outstanding healthcare professionals I've ever met. He's patient with patients like my elderly mom and has an extremely effective way of communicating what's going on with my eyes. He is almost always on time and even answers his phone on weekends in emergencies.

I was impressed by the Dr and his staff, all treated me like I was a VIP. All my questions and concerns were answered politely and patiently. My long overdue eye exam was thorough and painless. I could find nothing to caution about, it was a very positive experience.
