I was diagnosed with SOD in 2016. 3 years later, I am having the same issues. I explained to Dr. Dresner that I had the same exact issues 3 years ago. He proceeds to schedule me for an ECP to check for ulcers. Even though I know this is not an ulcer, I went in for procedure. After procedure he tells me that I don’t have an ulcer.(No duh!) He tells me that he will figure this out. So then he scheduled me for an MRCP the following week. He did not call me with results, so I called office today (3 days later). Everything is normal I was told. Office clerk tells me Dr. Dresner already filed my paperwork and that there is nothing else he can/will do. I am highly upset because1. you would think a doctor would call me with results and have a next step plan to figure this out. 2. Clearly there is something wrong with me, I’m not faking my symptoms. 3. The office clerk that I spoke with was very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not go to this doctor, he is in it for the money, not your well being. I have NEVER wrote a negative review about a doctor in my life. I have much respect for all doctors. This is the first time I have ever been treated this way.

I also will never return to him because of his sarcasm, lack of response to post-procedure questions. I have Barrett's Esophagus, cancerous condition and have to have endoscopy every 2 years to check to see if cancerous yet and this Dr did not follow pathologist's instructions to let him know locations of biopsies to make an accurate diagnosis. Couldn't get his staff to even help me. The nurse in the hospital where he does endoscopies said he allows only 5 minutes between curtains of people he finishes endoscopies on and new ones he starts, like a conveyor belt. Barely time to have relative of spokesperson ask questions. He even tells the groggy person themselves with no one there to help remember. After he is done with the billable $3000 person, he is not reachable. Hard, because he is the only practice in town or neighboring rural towns and any other Dr listed locally is in his practice and they follow his protocol. Sad.

Terrible, negligent, sarcastic. I will never return to this pathetic racketeer.

I am thankful for doctors like David Dresner. I have seen him for several years and he is calm, knowledgable and friendly. He is lighthearted and listens to what your complaint is, then works to find the best remedy. My only complaint is- he's too hard to get into... I guess that attests to what a well liked physician he is. Love him!

Great doctor, very knowledgable and extremely personable. Takes good care of his patients, explains everything you ask and keeps up with his prescribed treatment for the patient. Highly respectable man as well as being an excellent doctor. Thankful to have met him and to be able to see him as a patient.
