My mother has seen Dr. Mazza for years to oversee her cardiology condition and to monitor her coumadin levels. We have waited for up to an hour to be seen. Although knowledgable and professional in manner, Dr Mazza did not respond to repeated complaints of the side effects to her medications, fogginess, sleepy all the time, short of breath. As it turns out, it was her Internist who suggested a reduction in her dosage of blood pressure medication and her condition has improved noticeably.

DR MAZZA'S STAFF IS RUSHED, RUDE AND VERY DIFFICULT, AND ALTHOUGH HE WAS ONCE QUITE CARING AND COMPASSIONATE, HE IS NOW OVERBOOKED, ALWAYS LATE AND DOES NOT APPEAR TO CARE OR LISTEN TO ANYTHING SAID TO HIM, I TOOK MY MOTHER TO AN APPOINTMENT W/HIM AND HE APPEARED TO BE VERY DISTRACTED, NOT TO MENTION TAKING A PHONE CALL, AND BEING INTERUPTED TWICE BY A WORKER IN THE OFFICE...MY SUGGESTION, LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR IF YOU WANT SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU HEART!

this dr. is fantastic, very knowagable and calls a spade a spade and keeps well imformed. staff is great as well, they make you feel like you really are important to them like and make the whole dr. thing very painless. i stroglly recomend this dr mazza.
